We produce great tasting, high-quality salamis, and chorizo on our farm near Worcester. We follow authentic style recipes using quality ingredients to create a variety of salamis and a Spanish-style chorizo. They are all made by hand and then air dried for up to 5 weeks until they are ready to eat. We value high animal welfare standards and therefore only use Packington Pork who are RSPCA accredited – all of their pigs are free-range.
