Pump House Environment Centre

Situated in the beautiful surroundings of Gheluvelt Park in Worcester, the old Barbourne waterworks has been transformed into an environmental centre, open to the public seven days a week.  Whilst there you can find out about topical environmental issues, locally and globally.

Within the centre, can be found the Eco café, the perfect place to come and sit, read, think, meet friends – or just escape the Great British weather, as unpredictable as always!

There is a sunny enclosed south facing garden and a grass terrace to the front of the building with views over the park, towards Barbourne Brook and the River Severn.

We make and sell a variety of food and drink, including gluten-free and vegan options.

And of course, we use several local suppliers, such as ma bakers, Method Roastery and Bennett’s Ice cream. We even get our veg from the local allotment.

Why not pop in and see what we have to offer?
