Our beef, pork and lamb are locally sourced, matured for flavour and carefully prepared on the premises. We traditionally dry cure bacon using select cuts of pork, ensuring quality & flavour, and we produce a range of cooked meats and pastries including roast beef, boiled ham, sausage rolls, hot & cold eating pies, quiches and scotch eggs.
In addition to our shop we offer a bespoke catering service for private functions, including Pig Roast, Gourmet Burger Bar, BBQ, Buffets.
