The relaxed and contemporary Pear Tree Brasserie features everything from modern fine dining to country classics with a twist, all complemented by wide selection of fine wines, cocktails and ales. Keep a look out on our website for our regular themed dinners and Chef’s Demonstrations.
Head Chef Dan Wall started his career at 15 in a country pub and since then has worked in many top hotels and restaurants in this country and abroad. Dan has a passion for using quality local ingredients, some grown on the hotel’s own golf course, and changes his menus to reflect the season’s finest produce.
